This custom Southwestern wicker upholstered chair set with matching ottoman features a warm multicolor geometric textile and a natural woven base for a bold, cozy lodge look. Thick seat and back cushions add comfort, while the skirted wicker frames keep the silhouette relaxed and tailored. Please note: nails poke through at the top of the back. Fill out and submit the calculator Open the Delivery, Pickup & Freight calculator, complete the form, and submit it — for local Arizona delivery, consignor pickup, or a nationwide freight range.

Place your order Complete checkout for the item (and Freight Preparation when required). You will receive an order confirmation.

Submit for confirmation Submitting the form gives you a preliminary estimate and notifies our team to confirm final rates. Tracking is sent when available.

Scheduling & Storage

Coordinate pickup, delivery, or freight within 72 hours of purchase. We do not hold items — buy to secure it. we use your preferred delivery request and expedite scheduling.

Typical timing: Local Arizona same-day delivery is possible; most local items are next-day. Nationwide freight is typically 3–5 business days after booking.

For local Arizona delivery, provide your preferred days and windows in the estimator.

Items not picked up or scheduled within 72 hours may be subject to storage fees unless prior arrangements are made with the store.

You can get a quote first, then purchase — or purchase with Pick Up and submit the estimate right after.
Typical rate: $95/hour (two movers + box truck).
Stairs, access, item size, extra crew, or longer trips can change the final amount.
Delivery charges are paid to the delivery company — not included in the item price.

Freight Preparation

When standard shipping is not auto-calculated, select Freight Preparation at checkout, then fill out and submit the Delivery, Pickup & Freight calculator for a preliminary freight range. Freight Preparation alone does not book or price shipping — we need that submission to quote and confirm a final rate with our freight partners.

Preparation fee: $15.00
Includes prep/palletizing when needed, staging, condition photos, and staff coordination for the pickup window.
Does not include carrier booking, freight charges, insurance, or delivery charges.
Freight pickups need at least 48 hours notice so we can stage the piece.
