Scheduling & Storage
Coordinate pickup, delivery, or freight within 72 hours of purchase. We do not hold items. Buy to secure the item.
Typical timing: Local Arizona same-day delivery is possible, and most local items are next-day. Nationwide freight is typically 3 to 5 business days after booking.
For local Arizona delivery, provide your preferred days and windows in the estimator.
For nationwide freight, Tuesday and Friday are our preferred truck-loading days. Coordinating pickup on one of these days may help reduce freight costs.
Items not picked up or scheduled within 72 hours may be subject to storage fees unless prior arrangements are made with the store.
Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on holidays may need extra response time.
Option 1: Self Pickup

Select Pick Up if you will collect the item at our Scottsdale showroom.
- We email next steps after purchase.
- Self pickup does not include wrapping, palletizing, strapping, or freight preparation.
- Bring the appropriate vehicle, help, blankets, straps, and other equipment needed to safely transport your item.
- Large or awkward items may require additional help or equipment supplied by the customer.
Option 2: Local Arizona Delivery

Select Pick Up at checkout, then fill out and submit the Delivery, Pickup & Freight Calculator with your address, item details, preferred delivery window, and access information.
- Filling out and submitting the form gives you a preliminary estimate and notifies our team to confirm final rates and help schedule delivery.
- Provide your preferred days and windows in the estimator. We use your preferred delivery request and expedite scheduling.
- You can request a quote first and then purchase, or purchase with Pick Up and submit the estimator immediately afterward.
- Typical rate: $95 per hour for two movers and a box truck.
- Stairs, access conditions, item size, additional crew, long carries, or longer trips can change the final amount.
- Delivery charges are paid separately and are not included in the item purchase price.
Option 3: Freight Preparation & Nationwide Delivery
Freight Preparation & Nationwide Delivery
When standard shipping is not automatically calculated, select Freight Preparation at checkout, then fill out and submit the Delivery, Pickup & Freight Calculator for a preliminary nationwide freight range.
Freight Preparation covers the work required to securely prepare your item for transfer from our showroom to the freight carrier. The Freight Preparation fee does not book or pay for the actual freight shipment. We use your calculator submission to obtain and confirm the final freight rate with our freight partners.
- Freight Preparation fee: $50.00
- Includes palletizing when needed, protective wrapping, securing and strapping, handling, staging, condition photos, staff coordination, and loading the prepared shipment onto the freight truck.
- Our team prepares the item for secure transfer from Lost & Found Resale to the freight carrier.
- The $50 Freight Preparation fee does not include the freight carrier charge, delivery charge, insurance, liftgate fees, residential fees, White Glove service, or other carrier accessorial charges.
- Nationwide freight pricing is quoted separately based on destination, shipment dimensions, weight, delivery access, carrier requirements, and requested service level.
- Freight pickups require at least 48 hours notice so our team can properly prepare, wrap, strap, palletize when needed, stage, and coordinate the shipment.
- Our primary freight truck loading days are Tuesdays and Fridays.
- When your carrier pickup is coordinated with the store for Tuesday or Friday, our team can load the prepared shipment directly onto the freight truck.
- Because we can load the truck directly, a pickup-side liftgate is generally not needed when the pickup is properly coordinated with us on Tuesday or Friday.
- Avoiding pickup-side liftgate service can typically save approximately $100 to $150 on the freight quote.
- Tuesday and Friday truck loading must be coordinated and confirmed with the store in advance.
- If the carrier picks up outside our Tuesday or Friday loading schedule, pickup-side liftgate service is required and the carrier's liftgate fee will increase the freight quote.
- A liftgate may still be required at the delivery destination depending on the customer's address, loading dock availability, and delivery requirements.

Tuesday & Friday Truck Loading
Lost & Found Resale has designated truck-loading days to make freight pickups easier and help customers avoid unnecessary pickup-side carrier charges.
- Truck loading days: Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Pickup must be coordinated with our team in advance.
- On a coordinated Tuesday or Friday pickup, our team can load the prepared shipment directly onto the freight truck.
- Direct truck loading means the carrier generally does not need pickup-side liftgate service.
- Avoiding the pickup-side liftgate can typically save approximately $100 to $150.
- Pickups outside Tuesday or Friday require pickup-side liftgate service, which will increase the freight quote.
- Destination liftgate service may still be required depending on the final delivery location.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirmed freight and delivery charges and carrier terms once a freight provider is booked.

What does the $50 Freight Preparation fee cover?
The $50 Freight Preparation fee is for the physical work performed by Lost & Found Resale to prepare the purchased item for secure freight transfer.
- Palletizing when needed.
- Protective wrapping.
- Securing and strapping.
- Freight handling and staging.
- Condition photos.
- Staff coordination with the carrier.
- Loading the prepared item onto the freight truck.
