Scheduling & Storage
Pickup, delivery, or freight must be coordinated within 72 hours of purchase. We do not hold items — the best way to secure an item is to buy it.
Items not picked up or scheduled within 72 hours may be subject to storage fees unless prior arrangements are made with the store.
Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on holidays may need extra response time.
Option 1: Self Pickup
Self Pickup
Select Pick Up if you will collect the item at our Scottsdale showroom.
- We email next steps after purchase.
- Self pickup does not include wrapping, palletizing, or transport prep.
- Bring the right vehicle, help, blankets, and straps for large or awkward pieces.
Option 2: Local Arizona Delivery
Local Delivery
Select Pick Up at checkout, then fill out and submit the Delivery, Pickup & Freight calculator with your address, item details, and access information.
- Filling out and submitting the form gives you a preliminary estimate and notifies our team to confirm final rates and help schedule.
- You can get a quote first, then purchase — or purchase with Pick Up and submit the estimate right after.
- After you submit, you can also reach out directly using the details from your estimate if you want to confirm sooner.
- Typical rate: $95/hour (two movers + box truck).
- Stairs, access, item size, extra crew, or longer trips can change the final amount.
- Delivery charges are paid to the delivery company — not included in the item price.
Option 3: Freight Preparation & Nationwide
Freight Preparation
When standard shipping is not auto-calculated, select Freight Preparation at checkout, then fill out and submit the Delivery, Pickup & Freight calculator for a preliminary freight range. Freight Preparation alone does not book or price shipping — we need that submission to quote and confirm a final rate with our freight partners.
- Preparation fee: $10.00
- Includes prep/palletizing when needed, staging, condition photos, and staff coordination for the pickup window.
- Does not include carrier booking, freight charges, insurance, or delivery charges.
- Freight pickups need at least 48 hours notice so we can stage the piece.
What the calculator helps with
- Pallet-ready dimensions and weight for quoting.
- A preliminary nationwide price range (not a locked carrier booking).
- Access details (liftgate, residential, stairs, White Glove, and more).
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirmed freight/delivery charges and carrier terms once a provider is booked.
- Shipping, delivery, freight, and insurance costs.
- Accessorials (missed pickup, redelivery, residential, storage, return, etc.).
- Damage, loss, or delay after the carrier takes possession.
