Pickup vs Freight Preparation

Pick Up
Select this option if you  are coming to the store to remove the item yourselves. Items will be made available for collection, but no wrapping, staging, or freight preparation services are provided for self pick up and staff will only be able to assist on getting smaller items to your car- they are unable to assist loading into your vehicle.

LOCAL DELIVERY - PLEASE CHOSE "PICK UP" AND CALL THE SHOP AFTER PURCHASE TO COORDINATE

For local orders we can assist with coordinating delivery through trusted third-party providers. Typical local delivery arrangements include:

  • $95 per hour
  • Includes two movers and a large box truck
  • Local delivery & some in state delivery locations

if you require an exact quote, please request that throught our staff, or with the delivery provider directly. Payment for delivery is handled directly with the delivery company and is not included in the item purchase price.

Freight Preparation Fee
Select this option if you are arranging third-party movers yourself or for LTL freight pickup. (See Below)

This includes a $10 fee and covers:

• Roll wrapping the item
• Staging the item for driver pickup
• Photographing the item for condition documentation
• Staff coordination during pickup

For freight or third-party pickups we require 48 hours notice to prepare and stage the item.

All sales are final.

Our responsibility is limited to preparing the item for pickup and placing it in the designated pickup area when Freight Preparation is selected. Items are photographed prior to staging to document condition. The carrier is responsible for loading the item onto their truck.

Customers are responsible for:

• Booking movers or freight carriers
• Shipping costs and insurance
• Any return or re-delivery fees
• Any issues that occur during transit

Once a carrier takes possession of the item, transport responsibility transfers to the carrier and the customer.

Shipping availability is determined on a case-by-case basis based on item size, weight, and handling requirements. The guidelines above are general and may not apply to every item. If an item appears unavailable on the site but is not marked as sold, please contact us and we will review and update the listing if needed.
