Pickup & Scheduling Requirement

Pickup, delivery, or shipping must be coordinated within 72 hours of purchase.

Items not picked up or scheduled within 72 hours may be subject to storage fees unless prior arrangements are made directly with the store.

Maximum Storage Period 14 days

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays may require additional response time.

Option 1

Self Pickup

Select Pick Up if you are coming to the store to remove the item yourself.

  • The item will be made available for collection.
  • Self pickup does not include wrapping, palletizing, freight staging, or transport preparation.
  • Staff may assist with smaller items when possible.
  • Customers must bring the proper vehicle, loading help, blankets, straps, and equipment.
  • For large, heavy, fragile, or awkward pieces, please bring adequate help to load safely.
Option 2

Local Delivery

For local delivery, select Pick Up at checkout and contact the shop after purchase. We can help coordinate delivery through trusted third-party providers.

  • Typical rate: $95 per hour
  • Includes two movers and a large box truck.
  • Available for local delivery and some in-state delivery locations.
  • Final pricing may vary based on distance, stairs, access, item size, timing, and handling requirements.
  • Payment for delivery is handled directly with the delivery company and is not included in the item purchase price.
Option 3

Freight Preparation

Select Freight Preparation when the item requires preparation or coordination for third-party movers, LTL freight, or carrier pickup.

  • Preparation fee: $10.00
  • Roll wrapping when appropriate.
  • Palletizing when required or when the item fits a standard pallet.
  • Staging the item for scheduled pickup.
  • Photographing the item before pickup for condition documentation.
  • Staff coordination during the scheduled pickup window.
Freight Preparation does not include crating, custom boxing, carrier booking, shipping charges, insurance, or delivery charges.
Freight and third-party pickups require at least 48 hours notice so the item can be prepared and staged.

What to Provide for the Most Accurate Freight Quote

Freight quotes depend on the details provided. When requesting a quote, share the information below with the freight agent or carrier.

Item Details Product link, item description, dimensions, estimated weight, and photos if requested.
Pickup & Delivery Details Pickup zip code, delivery zip code, residential or commercial delivery, and any access limitations.
Handling Details Confirm whether the item will be loose, roll wrapped, blanket wrapped, or palletized.
Required Services Liftgate service is required because our location does not have a loading dock.

Freight Pickup Instructions

Use standard freight pickup instructions for most items. If the item is oversized, unusually heavy, fragile, or requires special handling, contact us before finalizing the quote so we can help confirm the proper pickup plan.

  • Freight pickups require at least 48 hours notice.
  • Shipment must include liftgate service.
  • Our location does not have a loading dock.
  • Our location is not limited access.
  • Packaging may be roll wrapped, loose freight, blanket wrapped, or palletized depending on the item.
  • If palletized, standard pallet size is typically 48" x 40" when the item fits.
  • The carrier must be prepared to load the item from the designated pickup area.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting, booking, and paying any mover, freight carrier, or delivery provider used for transport.

  • Shipping, delivery, freight, and insurance costs.
  • Carrier fees, including missed pickup, redelivery, residential delivery, storage, or return charges.
  • Confirming quote accuracy and service requirements directly with the carrier.
  • Any damage, loss, delay, or issue that occurs after the carrier or delivery provider takes possession of the item.

Once a carrier, mover, or third-party delivery provider takes possession of the item, transport responsibility transfers to the carrier and the customer.
