This piece is uniquely valuable because it utilizes three distinct, storied Hawaiian woods: The Hull, Manus & Gunnels: Carved from premium Koa, Hawaii’s "royal" wood, celebrated for its deep, shimmering grain and historical use in ancient war canoes. The Arms (ʻIako): Crafted from Hau, a native wood chosen for its incredible strength-to-weight ratio and flexibility. The Float (Ama): Made from Wiliwili, the lightest of all Hawaiian woods, traditionally used for outriggers due to its natural buoyancy. Provenance: Hand-signed and dated (4/05) by R. Scheduling & Storage

Coordinate pickup, delivery, or freight within 72 hours of purchase. We do not hold items — buy to secure it. we use your preferred delivery request and expedite scheduling.

Includes prep/palletizing when needed, staging, condition photos, and staff coordination for the pickup window.
Does not include carrier booking, freight charges, insurance, or delivery charges.
Freight pickups need at least 48 hours notice so we can stage the piece.
